To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Department for Constitutional Affairs, pursuant to his Answer to the honourable Member for the Isle of Wight of 2nd March, 418 c852-3W, on emergency protection orders, how many ex-parte applications were made and what proportion was granted in (a) Nottinghamshire and (b) Kent.
