To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to his Oral Answer of 21st January to the Right honourable Member for Folkestone and Hythe, if he will (a) name the publication from which or person from whom he sourced the quotation from the vice-chancellor and (b) make a statement on the accuracy of the vice-chancellor's quotation. - The quotation was taken from an article published in The Guardian newspaper on Friday, 12 December 2003. Copies have been placed in Library.
