To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, if he will list the organisations and individuals consulted in the Permitted Development Order Review England, published in September 2003. (Review in Library Dep 04/290).

Mrs. Calton: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister if he will list the organisations and individuals consulted in the Permitted Development Order Review England, published in September 2003. [150999] Keith Hill: The research study into permitted development was commissioned from consultants Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners Ltd. in 2002. A list of those organisations who were consulted by the researchers can be found in Annex 1 of the report which is available on the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister's website at www.odpm.gov.uk. Copies are also available in the Library of the House.
