Keith Vaz: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when the head of the Insolvency Service last met the liquidators of BCCI. [149583] Mr. Sutcliffe: The Chief Executive of the Insolvency Service met one of the liquidators of BCCI on 4 March 2003.
