Keith Vaz: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when she expects to receive the annual report of the liquidators of BCCI. [149586] Mr. Sutcliffe: The next annual report on the liquidation of BCCI will cover the period 16 January 2003 to 15 January 2004. I would expect it to be submitted as soon as the accounting and other information can be compiled.
