Tim Loughton: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills for what reason there are no plans to publish Sir Clive Booth's report on CAFCASS. [144972] Margaret Hodge:: There are no plans to publish Professor Sir Clive Booth's review as it contains confidential information about individual Board members. The central recommendation of Professor Sir Clive Booth's review was to make a fresh start with the Board. Ministers accepted his proposal that all Board members should be asked to submit their resignations.
