To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many patients (a) in total and (b) per 1,000 of population are on inpatient waiting lists in (i) the Guildford and Waverley Primary Care Trust area, (ii) the Surrey and Sussex Strategic Health Authority area and (iii) England. - Table given.
