Answer: Mr. Hancock: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many individuals have been removed from the UK less than three months after all appeals have been exhausted in the last year for which figures are available. [211600] Mr. Browne: Information is not currently available for all case types. Management information indicates that between January 2004 and December 2004 1,500 failed asylum seekers were removed within three months of having exhausted all appeals.
