Answer: Mr. Hancock: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what her timetable is for consultation on model dog control offences; who will be consulted; and if she will make a statement. [208347] Alun Michael: We will consult all interested parties on the relevant regulations. The timing of the consultation will depend on the outcome of Parliament's consideration of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Bill and when that consideration is completed.
