- If the inspectors appointed to investigate affairs of House of Fraser (Holdings) plc have been made aware of a possible breach by Lonrho plc of section 204 to 206 of the Companies Act 1985 re share dealings in House of Fraser plc during period from date of inspector's interim report into share dealings in House of Fraser to date of its acquisition by Al Sayed Investment & Trust (UK) Ltd.
