- Further to 11:01:88, what plans are there to change the nature of the community programme so that it qualifies as suitable employment within the meaning of section 20(1)(b) of the Social Security ACt 1975 - None. The community programme is already covered by section 20(1)(b) of the Social Security Act 1975.
