Draft SI on Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment). (Affirmative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum from the Ministry of Justice. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force on the expiry of one month beginning with the day on which it is made. Explanatory memorandum withdrawn and replaced 18 June 2007 (UP 1144 2006-07).
