Mental Health Act 2007 (Commencement No.10 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2009

SI 2009/139. (Commencement order). Brings into force on 1 April 2009 sections 30 and 50 (in so far as not already in force) of the Mental Health Act 2007 in relation to independent mental health advocates and deprivation of liberty safeguards. (C.9).
