Draft Immigration (Biometric Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2009. (Affirmative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Home Office. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force the day after the regulations are made.
