Draft Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) (Amendment) Order 2009. Together with an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Replaces versions laid 4 June 2009 (UP 826 2008-09) and 19 June 2009 (UP 910 2008-09). Coming into force five days after the order is made.
