Draft Electronic Commerce Directive (Hatred against Persons on Religious Grounds or the Grounds of Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2010. Together with an explanatory memorandum from the Ministry of Justice. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force the day after the regulations are made.
