Mercury Export and Data (Enforcement) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/265). With an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Coming into force 8th March 2010 except for—(a) regulation 5(1)(a) and (b) and regulations 12 and 13(1)(a)(ii) and (b), which come into force on 15th March 2011; and (b) regulation 5(1)(c), which comes into force on 1st July 2012. (vote).
