Adds to the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales by inserting seven new matters into Field 11 (Housing) along with interpretation provisions and one new matter into Field 12 (Local Government) of Part 1 of Schedule 5 of the Government of Wales Act 2006. Made 21 July 2010. Coming into force on the day after the day on which it is made. Replaces the National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Housing) Order 2009
