My Lords, I beg to move the second Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. Moved, That this House resolves that the promoters of the Liverpool City Council (Prohibition of Smoking in Places of Work) Bill [HL], which was introduced in this House in the previous Session on 24 January 2005, should have leave to proceed with the Bill in the current Session in accordance with the provisions of Private Business Standing Order 150B (Revival of Bills).—(The Chairman of Committees.) On Question, Motion agreed to.
