Proceeding contribution from Alan Williams (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 15 June 2005. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Welsh Governance.
Welsh Governance

Whatever increase in power may be given to the Assembly, it could not compensate for the loss of power here in Whitehall.
