My Lords, I beg to move the three Motions standing in my name on the Order Paper. In moving this Motion, I repeat the declaration that I made in Grand Committee about the Companies Act 1989 (Delegation) Order 2005: that I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a former partner of Price Waterhouse and will be, in due course, a pensioner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Moved, That the draft regulations laid before the House on 10 February and 20 June and the draft order laid before the House on 25 May be approved [13th Report from the Joint Committee, Session 2004–05 and First Report from the Joint Committee].—(Lord McKenzie of Luton.)
