It is a business model that should be considered by all sorts of people who are thinking about how to improve the delivery of services. When I required a map of my area, I bought it on a Sunday and it was delivered electronically to me 10 minutes later. That is a wonderful service. The point that the right hon. Gentleman makes about geographical information system services is precisely the point that I was trying to make to the hon. Member for Cheltenham (Martin Horwood) about the importance of the work undertaken by Ordnance Survey.
