: I am very grateful. These words sneak into the language, do they not? The Prime Minister personally launched the ““Breaking the Cycle”” report, and the SEU's current work programme was conducted like a seminar or summit, with the Prime Minister's involvement. Therefore, I am delighted to be able to answer the hon. Gentleman's question in the affirmative.
