The meaning of the clause is now clearer to me. I would not say that it was absolutely clear, to use the Prime Minister’s favourite phrase. Clause 7 agreed to. [Amendment No. 44 not moved.] Clause 8 [Legal advice etc.]: [Amendments Nos. 45 to 47 not moved.]
