NHS Redress Bill [HL]
I understand the point being made by the noble Baroness. At the moment we believe such advice should be provided by PALS or ICAS. But ICAS or a similar body would have an expanded role and new, properly trained people working for the body would be able to provide the advice necessary. Clause 8 agreed to. Clause 9 [Assistance for individuals seeking redress under the scheme]:
