Proceeding contribution from Baroness Royall of Blaisdon (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 23 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on NHS Redress Bill [HL].
NHS Redress Bill [HL]
Perhaps I may add a word in response to the noble Earl. The framework powers are not dependent on the new Bill. They were explained in the White Paper. It is hoped that the new Bill will be brought before Parliament before Christmas. That is an important point.
