Proceeding contribution from Baroness Seccombe (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 23 November 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Identity Cards Bill.
Identity Cards Bill
I am grateful to those noble Lords who have offered support for this amendment. A point about height went through my mind. I think that we can all agree that as people grow older, they become smaller. Height details might not necessarily be up to date. I took note of what the Minister said. We will read it in Hansard and take it up with colleagues. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 45 not moved.] On Question, Whether Clause 1 shall stand part of the Bill?
