Proceeding contribution from Lord Bassam of Brighton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 16 November 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Identity Cards Bill.

Identity Cards Bill

It might be for the convenience of the House if we move on to the next business. I therefore beg to move that the House be resumed. In doing so, I propose that we re-convene to further consider the Bill in Committee no later than 8.30 pm. Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to.
