Transport (Wales) Bill
A number of Members of the Committee are concerned about the deteriorating weather conditions outside London, particularly in the west. With this in mind, the sooner we can finish today, the better, although I am not suggesting for a moment that we should not have a full debate. Clause 1 [General transport duty]:
