Proceeding contribution from Lord Triesman (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 28 November 2005. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on European Court of Human Rights (Immunities and Privileges) (Amendment) Order 2005.

European Court of Human Rights (Immunities and Privileges) (Amendment) Order 2005

To pick and choose is, I suppose, a fair description of it. I will not dissent from that, but that is a reflection of small democracies at work and, I suppose, an earlier version of devolution than the more recent ones that we have enacted. On Question, Motion agreed to.
