Proceeding contribution from Mark Hoban (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 29 November 2005. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Special Educational Needs.
Special Educational Needs
I congratulate my hon. Friend the Member for Mid-Bedfordshire (Mrs. Dorries) on securing the debate and on the way in which she opened it. She set out clearly the context of the debate, and recognised that inclusion is to be welcomed—it is something to be positive about—but that in some cases it has gone too far, to the detriment of many of the children in our schools.
