Special Educational Needs
: Does my hon. Friend agree that securing SENs that are tailored to the child—they might be in the mainstream or in a special school—is important not only for reasons of social justice but to tackling antisocial behaviour, because, sadly, many SEN children who are failed by the education system end up on our streets causing trouble?
