Proceeding contribution from Viscount Bridgeman (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Friday, 9 December 2005. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Amendment) Order 2005.

Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Amendment) Order 2005
