moved Amendment No. 92:"Page 40, line 30, at end insert ““and his ID card number, which shall be the same””" The noble Baroness said: In moving Amendment No. 92 I shall speak also to Amendments Nos. 93 to 96. It may be appropriate for me to make a brief reference to the 30-page letter that the Minister was kind enough to send to noble Lords.
