With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: No. 22, in page 14 , leave out lines 42 to 47. No. 23, in page 14, line 44, after ‘information’ insert '(whether or not obtained from a person entitled to practise as a barrister, solicitor or advocate within England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland)'.
