Identity Cards Bill
All one is asking is, ““How much?”” We want Parliament to be told how much. There is nothing new in that, and it is nothing to do with the benefits. The issue is how much money Parliament will be asked to vote in taxes to pay for this scheme. That is all we want to know in debating this amendment.
