Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill
If the noble Baroness goes into the matter, she will find that the number of international students in the United States and Australia has gone up. Those countries have increased their market share when ours is shrinking. Therefore, it is a significant issue and it does not have very much to do with the fact that more people may be staying in their home university.
