Transport (Wales) Bill
My Lords, before we move to the Report stage of this Bill, on behalf of the Government I wish to express condolences to the family of Lord Merlyn-Rees. He was one of the leading parliamentarians of his generation, a great friend of Wales, and an active and courageous Member of the House of Lords. He will be sorely missed by colleagues on all sides of the House.
