Proceeding contribution from Oliver Heald (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 12 January 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Family Justice.

Family Justice

: The right hon. and learned Lady will agree that it has always been possible to report a family case on appeal because of that power of discretion; all the reports of family cases in law reviews anonymise so that the legal principle can be made public. There is no real reason why that should not happen with other, lower courts.
