Equity Release Schemes
: When I looked at the SHIP website, I counted 19 firms that are members of SHIP, which is a voluntary organisation, whereas there are 57 providers. Does the Minister not agree that the home reversion scheme operates in a market in which a minority of providers are in SHIP, and so give some cover? The majority are free to operate as they think appropriate.
