Proceeding contribution from Mark Field (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 24 January 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on St. Bartholomew's Hospital.

St. Bartholomew's Hospital

: I entirely endorse the words of the hon. Lady. Although the Homerton university hospital is closer to her constituents, Barts none the less predates it by several centuries. The same applies to the Royal London hospital and other hospitals in Newham and beyond.
