Proceeding contribution from Meg Hillier (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 24 January 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on St. Bartholomew's Hospital.

St. Bartholomew's Hospital

I congratulate the hon. Gentleman on securing this important debate. Does he agree that the key question is why the review is happening now, at the eleventh hour, with a cost to the NHS of holding up this development?
