Again I am grateful to the Minister. Perhaps I may point out that I misread my notes. I should have referred to Section 380(4)(e), not paragraph (c). I am sure we are content with this, but I am glad that the Government’s position is now on the record. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
