My Lords, Amendment No. 13 stands in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Thomas of Gresford. I should advise the House that there is a mistake in the amendment. It should read:"““(a) after ‘terrorism’ in subsection (4), insert ‘advertently or by design’;""(b)””"
