Proceeding contribution from Lord Mackay of Clashfern (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Identity Cards Bill.
Identity Cards Bill
My Lords, I am trying to understand the amendment and I wonder how it deals with paragraph 9(c) of Schedule 1, which states:"““other particulars, in relation to each such occasion, of the provision of information””." It strikes me as a little strange to have a compulsory obligation to give other particulars that are unspecified, but the Minister may have the answer.
