The Question is that Clause 17 stand part of the Bill. In view of the groupings, I should at this stage point out to the Committee that if Amendment No. 225 is agreed to, I shall not be able to call Amendments Nos. 226 to 231 inclusive. On Question, Whether Clause 17 shall stand part of the Bill?
