Proceeding contribution from Dominic Grieve (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 28 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Government of Wales Bill.

Government of Wales Bill

The Minister repeats what he said on Second Reading, that there is a legislative logjam, but we established in Committee that there is no legislative logjam. Why should we take seriously what he has to say when we debate these points when, in fact, he is merely repeating verbatim what he said on Second Reading and not engaging in debate at all.
