Government of Wales Bill
I think that I understand my hon. Friend and I suppose that I agree. It is important to recognise at this vital stage that the Bill was a Labour manifesto commitment that we are now fulfilling. I am delighted, on behalf of the Welsh Affairs Committee, to support it.
