No. 51, in clause 46, page 23, line 4, at end insert— '(1A) The reasons for any such disapplication or modification must be set out clearly and published.'. No. 53, in page 23, line 10, at end insert— '(3) The reasons for any such disapplication or modification must be set out clearly and published.'.
