Electoral Administration Bill

Before the noble Baroness withdraws the amendment, I would like to know whether the electoral registration officer can—if they find the information and know that someone has died or moved to another part of the country or to another part of the word, for example—take the person off through the changes to the rolling register or whether they will have to wait until November.
